Wind Ridge Ranch has a couple of active breeding males right now. I will
be updating this page with all our males shortly, but until then, here's
some information on Otto, the father of our current litter of Doberman
pups.
CURRENT MALES:
We don't have any current males. We will be getting a new male soon.
Currently, we are using outside males for some new blood.
RETIRED MALES:
WRANGLER
Wrangler was the male we kept
from our first Doberman litter from Dallas. Wrangler has passed on
to the green pastures of Heaven. Wrangler was a large black male, who was very muscular. He was never in
a hurry to get where he was going. I will be putting up some pictures of
him soon when I can update these pages.
OTTO

Otto has been retired from breeding, however he did sire Madeline's last
litter when he was 11 years old. He was whelped in February, 2003 and
unfortunately passed away a week after his 13th birthday. He is greatly
missed. Otto was a large black male, who was very athletic. He was the
smoothest runner I had ever seen. He made running seem like the easiest
thing to do! I wish I ran like he did.
CHARLIE

Charlie is the new man on the block. He was a Black/Tan male who
we rescued. He was about eight years old and very personable. He had a
very muscular body type, but he was very active and fast. Charlie was a
very large male, on the high end of the breed standard for males.
Charlie weighed about 85 pounds. Charlie has now passed over the Rainbow
Bridge.
SAMPSON

Sampson is a Red/Tan male. We kept him
from a breeding of one of our older females a few years ago. He is a red
male with a very playful manner to him, but he is also very respectful.
Sampson has a great disposition also. Sampson is also a
very large male, on the high end of the breed standard for
males. Sampson weighs about 85 pounds. He is an athletic, muscular male
and a great runner, however, he isn't the fastest of our dobermans. He
holds back when he runs in case he needs to go look at something
interesting in the other direction. Sampson has now passed over the
Rainbow Bridge.
